The name, Incline Village is in memory of the tramway built by the 1878 loggers of the mountain. The families of the loggers broke in the land then and people have been living in the mountains since. They have brought in casinos and theater as well as the greatest outdoor sports there are. The prices reflect the history, the beauty, and reveal the fair market as up-scale living.
